BOWLDER is run by a sole trader based in Watford, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@bowlder.co.uk.
1. These terms
These terms apply when you buy from bowlder.co.uk as a consumer. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your legal rights.
2. Products
Our products are 3D printed to order. Small differences in colour, surface texture and layer lines are normal for 3D printing and are not a fault. Product photos are a guide.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is shown separately at checkout and depends on the carrier and the size or weight of your order. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. Your contract with us starts when we confirm your order by email or dispatch it.
4. Custom and made-to-order work
For custom prints, design work and personalised items we will agree the details and price with you in writing (for example by email) before we start. Please check sizes, colours and text carefully. Custom items are made to your specification and can't be cancelled once production has started (see our returns policy).
5. Making and delivery
Stock-style items are usually made and posted within a few working days. Custom jobs take as long as agreed in your quote. We'll tell you if there's a delay. Delivery is to the InPost locker or DPD Pickup shop you choose. Please collect your parcel within the carrier's collection window. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to that point.
6. Cancellations and returns
See our Returns & cancellations policy for your 14-day cancellation right and how to return items.
7. Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, tell us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, as the law requires.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Please don't use our prints for safety-critical, load-bearing or food-contact purposes unless we have agreed that in writing.
9. Designs and files
If you send us a design or file, you confirm you have the right to have it printed. We won't share your files with anyone else without your permission.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
