Changed your mind? (standard items)

For standard shop items, such as the BOWLDER Knurled Jar, Workshop pack and battery mount, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To cancel, email hello@bowlder.co.uk with your name and order details. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. They should be unused and in the condition you received them.

We'll refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of getting the items back (or proof you've sent them). We refund to your original payment method. You pay the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or not as described.

Custom and personalised items

Items made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. This covers custom prints, design-from-photo work, custom-size jars and jars with your own text. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty or not what we agreed. If you want to cancel a custom order before we start making it, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can get a full refund within 30 days. After that, we'll first offer a repair or replacement. For faulty items we cover the return postage, or we may not need the item back at all.

How to return

Email us first and we'll confirm the return address. Please pack the item well and keep proof of postage.
